At Ninthy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As we deal with premium branded and streetwear items, we maintain a strict quality control process to ensure you receive only authentic and perfect products.
1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)
Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- With all original tags (Nike, Adidas, Thrasher, etc.) still attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing original brand tags will not be accepted for a refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at contact@ninthy.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without prior authorisation.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, missing parts, or not as described, you have a right to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately at contact@ninthy.com with photos of the defect.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
