Thank you for choosing Ninthy. We are committed to delivering premium branded streetwear and original sportswear directly to your doorstep across the United Kingdom.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-demand periods or new collection launches, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Estimates (United Kingdom)
To provide you with the most competitive prices and a curated selection of global inventory, our products are dispatched from international distribution centres. Our estimated delivery times to any UK address are:
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days.
- Express Shipping (if available): 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs inspections.
3. Shipping Rates
We strive to keep our shipping simple and transparent:
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £75.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of £4.99 for orders under £75.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
5. Customs, Duties, and VAT
Ninthy operates in full compliance with UK tax regulations. For orders delivered to the United Kingdom:
- Orders under £135: VAT (20%) is included in the final price at checkout. No additional customs duties should be charged upon delivery.
- Orders over £135: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches the UK. Ninthy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some of our international carriers may have restrictions regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical residential or business address to ensure a smooth delivery process.
7. Wrong Address & Undelivered Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible if a package is un-deliverable due to missing or incorrect destination information. If a package is returned to us, a re-shipping fee may apply.
8. Contact Us
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
